GoodBear Marketing offers design, printing, apparel decoration, and website development services for small businesses in Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond.
All services are subject to availability and may require a custom quote. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
2. Quotes & Payments
All prices provided via quote or invoice are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may delay production or delivery. For printing or custom work, full or partial payment may be required upfront.
3. Project Approvals
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs, mockups, or designs before production. Once approved, GoodBear Marketing is not liable for errors (such as typos, color issues, or layout mistakes).
Website projects include testing and review periods. Final launch approval must be submitted in writing.
4. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary based on project scope and production load. We’ll always do our best to meet your deadlines, and we’ll communicate clearly if delays occur.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because many of our services are custom and made-to-order, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund once production begins. Website services may be eligible for partial refunds depending on how much work has been completed.

6. Copyrights & Ownership
All original designs created by GoodBear Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to you unless otherwise noted in your agreement.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
We’re committed to quality, but GoodBear Marketing is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of business or profits due to printing or website delays
- Third-party service failures (such as hosting providers or delivery carriers)
8. Your Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Review and approve materials promptly
- Use our website and services in a lawful and respectful manner
